Communication Strategies and Delivery
Snider Strategies helps organizations and leaders engage and motivate teams, manage change and communicate success.
Steve Snider serves as senior consultant to a global NGO and his international work has included developing and coordinating campaigns in multiple countries, persuasion work and communications trainings of CEOs and staff. He created the strategy for one organization’s approach to influencing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and his team’s work produced a Telly-award winning video shown at UNESCO’s World Teacher Day in Paris in 2016.
“A ‘message’ is not the starting point for communicating. It is the final product arrived at after considering the effect we hope to achieve and the communication environment where people will experience our stimuli.”
Tony Schwartz
In the private, public and nonprofit sectors, Steve has led strategic media campaigns in the United States and globally. He directed public affairs for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, led earned and paid media teams at the National Education Association, and served in communications and policy roles for U.S. Senators on both sides of the aisle. Co-founder of an award-winning political advertising firm, he began his career as a daily newspaper reporter.

Steve has written speeches and outreach materials for the White House, members of the Cabinet and Congress, CEOs and key staff. He has helped leaders author articles that have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, Times Education Supplement (U.K.) and multiple print and online publications globally.
